Nastaje kada do\u0111e do pritiska ili iritacije ishijadi\u010dnog nerva \u2014 najdu\u017eeg nerva u ljudskom tijelu, koji se prote\u017ee od donjeg dijela ki\u010dme, preko kukova i zadnjice, pa sve do stopala. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i uzrok je diskus hernija, ali problem mogu izazvati i degenerativne promjene ki\u010dme, dugotrajno sjedenje, nepravilno dr\u017eanje tijela ili fizi\u010dko preoptere\u0107enje.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Najkarakteristi\u010dniji simptom i\u0161ijasa je bol koji se \u0161iri iz donjeg dijela le\u0111a prema zadnjici i niz jednu nogu. Bol mo\u017ee biti tup, \u017eare\u0107i ili o\u0161tar, a mnogi pacijenti ga opisuju kao \u201estrujni udar\u201c. Simptomi se \u010desto poja\u010davaju prilikom dugog sjedenja, ka\u0161ljanja, kijanja ili naglih pokreta.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Pored bola, \u010desto se javljaju:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">trnjenje ili peckanje u nozi,<\/span><\/li>\n<li>utrnulost stopala ili prstiju,<\/li>\n<li>slabost mi\u0161i\u0107a noge,<\/li>\n<li>osje\u0107aj te\u017eine i nestabilnosti pri hodu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Iako bla\u017ei oblici i\u0161ijasa mogu pro\u0107i uz odmor i promjenu svakodnevnih navika, postoje simptomi koji se nikako ne smiju ignorisati. Hitna reakcija stru\u010dnjaka neophodna je ukoliko se pojavi:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>nagla slabost noge,<\/li>\n<li>gubitak kontrole mokrenja ili stolice,<\/li>\n<li>jako trnjenje u predjelu prepona,<\/li>\n<li>naglo pogor\u0161anje bola,<\/li>\n<li>ili nemogu\u0107nost normalnog hodanja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">Ovi simptomi mogu ukazivati na ozbiljnije neurolo\u0161ko stanje koje zahtijeva hitan pregled i lije\u010denje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako fizikalna terapija poma\u017ee kod i\u0161ijasa?<\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Fizikalna terapija predstavlja jednu od najva\u017enijih metoda lije\u010denja i\u0161ijasa, jer ne djeluje samo na simptom bola, ve\u0107 i na uzrok problema. Cilj terapije je smanjenje pritiska na nerv, ubla\u017eavanje upale, pobolj\u0161anje pokretljivosti i ja\u010danje mi\u0161i\u0107a koji stabilizuju ki\u010dmu.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e terapije koje se koriste kod i\u0161ijasa su:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Elektroterapija<\/strong> \u2013 koristi elektri\u010dne impulse za smanjenje bola, opu\u0161tanje mi\u0161i\u0107a i pobolj\u0161anje cirkulacije. Vrlo \u010desto se primjenjuje TENS terapija kod akutnih bolova.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ultrazvu\u010dna terapija<\/strong> \u2013 poma\u017ee smanjenju upale i napetosti dubokih tkiva, te ubrzava proces oporavka.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Laser terapija<\/strong> \u2013 koristi se za smanjenje bola i upalnih procesa, posebno kod iritacije nerva i hroni\u010dnih stanja.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manuelna terapija<\/strong> \u2013 podrazumijeva stru\u010dne tehnike mobilizacije zglobova i opu\u0161tanja mi\u0161i\u0107a kako bi se smanjio pritisak na nerv i pobolj\u0161ala pokretljivost ki\u010dme.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kineziterapija i individualne vje\u017ebe<\/strong> \u2013 predstavljaju klju\u010d dugoro\u010dnog oporavka. Posebno odabrane vje\u017ebe ja\u010daju mi\u0161i\u0107e le\u0111a i stomaka, popravljaju dr\u017eanje tijela i smanjuju mogu\u0107nost ponovnog javljanja i\u0161ijasa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dekompresione tehnike i istezanje<\/strong> \u2013 koriste se za rastere\u0107enje ki\u010dme i smanjenje pritiska na nervne strukture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">Va\u017eno je naglasiti da terapija mora biti individualno prilago\u0111ena svakom pacijentu, jer uzrok i intenzitet simptoma nijesu isti kod svih.
