Jedna od savremenih manuelnih tehnika koja se koristi za ubla\u017eavanje ovih simptoma jeste aksijalna distrakcija.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aksijalna distrakcija &#8211; manuelna tehnika<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aksijalna distrakcija predstavlja specifi\u010dnu manuelnu tehniku kojom se nje\u017eno i kontrolisano pove\u0107ava prostor izme\u0111u pr\u0161ljenova. Na taj na\u010din smanjuje se pritisak na nervne korjenove, intervertebralne diskove i okolne strukture, \u0161to mo\u017ee dovesti do smanjenja bola i pobolj\u0161anja funkcije vratne ki\u010dme. <a href=\"\/?p=514\">https:\/\/fizikalnavertebra.me\/tretmani\/manualne-terapije\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tokom tretmana terapeut primjenjuje precizne pokrete istezanja i dekompresije, vode\u0107i ra\u010duna o stanju i mogu\u0107nostima svakog pacijenta. Za razliku od agresivnih manipulacija, aksijalna distrakcija se izvodi kontrolisano i postepeno, zbog \u010dega je mnogi pacijenti do\u017eivljavaju kao prijatnu i bezbjednu tehniku.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ova metoda se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e koristi kod:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>uklje\u0161tenja nerva u vratnoj ki\u010dmi,<\/li>\n\n<li>cervikalne diskus hernije,<\/li>\n\n<li>degenerativnih promjena vratne ki\u010dme,<\/li>\n\n<li>bolova koji se \u0161ire prema ramenu i ruci,<\/li>\n\n<li>trnjenja i peckanja u rukama,<\/li>\n\n<li>smanjene pokretljivosti vrata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedan od glavnih ciljeva aksijalne distrakcije jeste smanjenje mehani\u010dkog optere\u0107enja na nervne strukture. Kada se smanji pritisak na nerv, \u010desto dolazi do ubla\u017eavanja simptoma poput bola, trnjenja i osje\u0107aja zatezanja. Istovremeno se pobolj\u0161ava pokretljivost vrata i omogu\u0107ava lak\u0161e obavljanje svakodnevnih aktivnosti. <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/18805038\/\">https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/18805038\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Va\u017eno je naglasiti da ova metoda nije univerzalno rje\u0161enje za sve probleme vratne ki\u010dme. Prije primjene neophodna je detaljna procjena pacijenta kako bi terapeut utvrdio da li je ova tehnika odgovaraju\u0107i izbor. Upravo zbog toga tretman treba da sprovodi stru\u010dno edukovan terapeut sa iskustvom u manuelnoj terapiji i rehabilitaciji ki\u010dme. <a i drugim metodama fizikalne terapije, aksijalna distrakcija mo\u017ee predstavljati va\u017ean dio uspje\u0161nog oporavka i dugoro\u010dnog rje\u0161avanja problema sa vratnom ki\u010dmom.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Savremena fizikalna terapija danas podrazumijeva individualan pristup svakom pacijentu, a aksijalna distrakcija je jedna od tehnika koja omogu\u0107ava upravo to \u2014 precizno, bezbjedno i ciljano djelovanje na uzrok problema.<\/p>\n\n<p
